حذف حساب ENG

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت.

من التطبيق

1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
2. اذهب إلى حسابي.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب في أسفل الصفحة، ثم أكّد.

بدون التطبيق

إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك إلى abdalhaia26@gmail.com، وسنحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونُعلمك بذلك.

ماذا يحدث عند الحذف

• يُعطَّل الحساب ويُزال من التطبيق فورًا، وتُلغى كل جلسات الدخول على كل الأجهزة.
• لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول به بعد ذلك.
• قد نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والمعاملات المالية المرتبطة به المدة التي يفرضها القانون أو المحاسبة.

Delete your ENG account

You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to My account.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page, then confirm.

Without the app

If you cannot sign in to the app, send a deletion request from the email address or phone number registered on your account to abdalhaia26@gmail.com. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

What deletion does

• The account is deactivated and removed from the app at once, and every signed-in session on every device ends.
• It can no longer be used to sign in.
• Records of orders, invoices and payments linked to it may be kept for as long as law or accounting requires.
