Design High-efficiency, fully automatic, ready-for-connection multi-pump system for high volume flows in heating, chilled water and cooling systems. 3 to 4 electronically controlled, glanded in-line pumps connected in parallel from the Yonos GIGA2.0-I series. One of these pumps acts as a standby pump. Incl. Smart Controller SCe. Application For pumping heating water (in accordance with VDI 2035), water-glycol mixtures, cooling water and cold water without abrasive substances in heating, chilled water and cooling systems. Equipment/function - 3-4 pumps per system of the Yonos GIGA2.0-I series, of which 2 or 3 pumps in operation, 1 standby pump - EC motor (≤ 7,5 kW) with efficiency class IE5 / AC motor (11 ... 22 kW) with efficiency class IE4 according to IEC 60034-30-2 - Automatic pump control via Smart Controller SCe - Parts that come in contact with the fluid are corrosion-resistant - Base frame made of galvanised steel, with height-adjustable oscillation absorbers for insulation against structure-borne noise - Steel distributor, corrosion-resistant coating - Flanges PN 16 to EN 1092-2 on the discharge and suction side for connection to the pipeline system - Pre-assembled seals on the discharge and suction side - Shut-off devices on the suction and discharge side - Non-return valve on the discharge side - Differential pressure sensor - Pressure gauge on both discharge and suction side Technical data - Pump type: Yonos GIGA2.0-I - Number of pumps: 2 + 1 or 3 + 1 (2 or 3 pumps in operation, 1 standby pump each) - Mains connection: 3~400 V, 50 Hz ±10% - In-line pump with high energy efficiency with motor of energy efficiency class IE5 (≤ 7,5 kW) or IE4 (11 ... 22 kW) in accordance with IEC TS 60034-30-2 - Permitted fluids: Heating water (complying with VDI 2035), water-glycol mixtures, cooling and chilled water (other fluids on request) - Volume flow: 10 to 510 m3/h - Delivery head: 62 m - Storage temperature: -10° C to +50° C - Perm. ambient temperature: 0° C to +40° C - Perm. fluid temperature: 0 °C to +100 °C - Pipe connections manifold: DN 125 to DN 300 - Flanges: PN 16, drilled according to EN 1092-2 - Max. operating pressure: 16 bar Scope of delivery - Multi-pump system Wilo-SiFlux - Wilo-SiFlux installation and operating instructions - Pump installation and operating instructions - Switchgear installation and operating instructions
