Our Linatex® cut end hose coupling arrangements are designed to be an ‘off-the-shelf’ hose system and have been developed to minimise downtime and maintenance costs. These hoses differ from our Linatex® rubber mining hoses in that they are limited in their size and pressure range and are designed for a "quick fix" in low-wear application. Combining the outstanding abrasion resistance of a uniform wear tube with lightweight reusable aluminium flanged couplings, this unique combination allows fast and easy on-site assembly. The hose coupling system is not exposed to the material flow and is therefore suitable for abrasive and corrosive duties. The couplings are available with ANSI 150, BS and DIN bolt patterns in aluminium and can accommodate a maximum pressure of 1000 kPa. Our cut-end hose is available in both smooth and corrugated form.
