We have engineered and produced ESCO® buckets for surface mining and construction markets for over 90 years. We continue that legacy with direct replacement underground mining buckets for all popular LHD machines. Custom-engineered to meet customer needs, we offer high-performance LHD buckets manufactured to exacting standards with the finest materials available. We engineer and manufacture ESCO® LHD mechanical buckets that allow the replacement of key components in a fraction of the time compared to conventional designs. The on-site rebuild significantly increases machine availability, and the modular components do not reduce penetration, loading or dumping capabilities. The unique configuration can be custom-engineered to match customer requirements for capacity, weight and site conditions. Tailored exterior and interior wear packages provide protection only where it is needed to eliminate unnecessary weight. Industry statistics show that many lost-time accidents occur during maintenance events. The ESCO® LHD mechanical bucket design allows rebuilding the bucket without welding. Our superior alloys and part profiles extend wear component service life, and buckets can be rebuilt while still attached to the machine - both significantly reduce maintenance requirements.
