We offer a full range of Bucyrus Blades™ cutting edges and end bits for all makes and models of dozers; and a comprehensive offering of All-Cast™ blades and end bits for select mining class dozers. Rolled steel blades are available with Infinity® embedded tungsten carbide for abrasive applications with medium to low impact. Select blades are also available with tungsten carbide inserts for additional wear resistance. Bucyrus Blades™ cutting edges and end bits are manufactured out of high-quality rolled steel in a variety of chemistries and heat treatment to best match the application requirements. Our dozer offering is precision manufactured to ensure easier installation on all makes and models. For tougher applications, our All-Cast™ offering provides superior strength and wear resistance over rolled steel products. All-Cast™ blades and end bits are available in standard or serrated profiles for Caterpillar® D8 through Dll machines (U, semi-U and carry style) and Komatsu® D375 dozers.
