White target backing has also been developed to aid target visibility for camera ranges and scenic shots - ideal where films or slides form part of the shooting drill. Important Safety Information: The Linatex® rubber target backing curtains are designed to reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of being hit by ricocheting bullet fragments. They are not bullet proof. Everyone present on site when Linatex® equipped rubber targets are fired upon must continue to exercise caution around the target to avoid being hit by a stray fragment. Do not use low power ammunition or air rifles with targets that have Linatex® rubber target backing curtains. Linatex® rubber curtains will not upgrade a shooting range for use with higher calibre ammunition. Linatex® rubber curtains must hang freely. Do not fix them at the bottom. Curtains must run continuously behind all adjacent targets in firing range, and each curtain must overlap the next by 6”. Do not expose rubber curtains to open flame or temperatures in excess of 300ºC (570ºF).
