We offer a full range of Bucyrus Blades™ cutting edges for all makes and models of motor graders; and a comprehensive offering of All-Cast™ blades for select mining class motor graders. Rolled steel blades are available with Infinity® embedded tungsten carbide for abrasive applications with medium to low impact. Select blades are also available with tungsten carbide inserts for additional wear resistance. Bucyrus Blades™ cutting edges are manufactured out of high-quality rolled steel in various chemistries and heat treatment to best match the application requirements. Our motor grader products are precision manufactured to ensure easier installation on all makes and models. For tougher applications, our All-Cast™ offering provides superior strength and wear resistance over rolled steel products. All-Cast™ blades are available in standard or serrated profiles for Caterpillar® 14, 16 and 24 machines. Another option for tough road maintenance is the innovative Infinity® 2000 grading system. The unique design replaces conventional grader blades with rotating, replaceable tungsten carbide bits which are used for reclaiming gravel roads or haul roads.
