Engineered for high throughput and large reduction ratio crushing , the Trio® APP Series horizontal shaft impact crusher is renowned for its versatility under a wide range of operating conditions. These impact crushers feature a large feed opening suited for primary applications and have a larger reduction capability compared to other primary crushers (e.g. jaw and cone ). Built for precision and reliability, the Trio® APP Series contains the following features: A welded carbon steel main frame Robust steel coil springs to hold the curtains Welded steel rotors with abrasion resistant blow bars Access doors on the top, front and sides and A hydraulically powered crusher opening to improve safety during inspection and maintenance.
