The Cavex® CVXT ceramic cyclone features the innovative laminar spiral inlet geometry design of the original Cavex® hydrocyclone range, but with the addition of: Mild steel fabricated housings and Thick 92% alumina ceramic tile liners The ceramic tiles are bonded to a prepared substrate by a two-part epoxy adhesive for maximum strength and wear life. In combination, these robust ceramic liners and housings allow the Cavex® ceramic cyclone to outperform other cyclones in dense-medium separation, particularly for potash, diamond and coal classification.
