Using state-of-the-art solids modelling and finite element stress analysis, the WARMAN® SHW-XTR submersible sump pump has been expertly engineered to provide efficient solids handling , especially when it comes to abrasive slurry and acidic applications . This heavy-duty submersible water pump is renowned for its reliability and long wear life in aggressive dewatering applications including sump clean up, tailings, red mud recovery, clarifier sludge, seawater/ sand slurry, thickener drain and fly ash sump applications. The WARMAN® SHW-XTR submersible sump pump is constructed for quick and easy maintenance and comes standard with: A moisture detector for the early detection of intrusion of fluid into the motor chamber or mechanical seal T-bolt construction that allows for rapid disassembly High-chrome casting for high wear resistance A suction screen saver to prevent clogging in sumps where tramp material or very large solids are present Agitator options to ensure slurry is moving prior to introduction to the pump chamber A temperature sensor to prevent overheating Double mechanical seal to extend wear life by only exposing a minimal wear area to the slurry Sparger ring to allow for improved removal of larger solids by spraying high pressure liquid back into the sump For more information about our range of heavy-duty submersible water, sump and slurry pumps, please get in touch with our team .
