The next generation of our Warman® AH® heavy-duty slurry pumps, Warman® WBH® heavy-duty slurry pumps optimise all aspects of wear and performance while delivering a lower total cost of ownership (TCO). These horizontal centrifugal process pumps are typically used in heavy-duty applications such as mill discharge, slurry transfer and process pumping and are suitable for both greenfield and brownfield installations (Service Class 1-4). With your general slurry process pumping requirements front of mind, the Warman® WBH® slurry pump range offers numerous design enhancements based on the latest slurry pumping technology to help ensure productivity demands are met. Warman® WBH® slurry pumps are available with optional pressure relief and thermal cut-out features and an optional ‘single-point adjustment’ device to rotate and axially adjust the throatbush. The fully adjustable throatbush moves axially, as well as rotates (with single-point adjustment option), to distribute the wear evenly and extend the impeller and throatbush life. The standard Warman® WBH® arrangement allows axial adjustment of the throatbush. This adjustment can be made while the pump is running, eliminating the need to stop production resulting in cost savings for the plant.
